Ninety-six elephants are killed in Africa every day for their ivory. Believe it or not, now you can help save them with yoga, thanks to our friends over at 96 Elephants.

The #ElephantYogaChallenge is a simple and fun way to help spread awareness about the elephant poaching crisis – learn a few simple poses in the videos below to get started, and follow these steps:

  • Strike your best pose and take a photo
  • Upload it to social media with the hashtag #ElephantYogaChallenge
  • Tag 3 friends to join!
